1. Artaz features artists that have agreed to be included in its content. New members are being added on a daily basis. Those interested in joining artaz may contact the website via e-mail. The site’s management is responsible for selection of members. Artaz is under no obligation to accept membership requests by every interested party or use any material submitted by them in any way whatsoever
2. All material featured in artaz is published after agreement with the sender of the material. In case of material forwarded to artaz via email artaz automatically assumes the sender consents to the material’s publication.
3. Copyright of the content of artaz belongs to its creators. Copyright of the artwork featured in artaz belongs to the artists that created it. It is strictly prohibited to reproduce any or all content featured in artaz without express written permission of the site’s management.
4. Artaz does not assume any responsibility for the material received from artists, members and sponsors. All material is published under the senders’ responsibility. Certain content may be considered objectionable by certain visitors. Visitors must exercise their discretion in using the site. The content featured on this site does not necessarily represent the view or opinions of the Site’s owners.
5. Artaz does not assume any responsibility for agreements, arrangements or contracts its artists and members may have with third parties. Any contracts or agreements with third parties exclusively concern them, do not bind the website in any way and cannot have legal consequences for the Site and its owners.
6. Artaz contains Links to third party web sites. The Site cannot guarantee that the content of these Links is true, accurate, lawful or inoffensive. Artaz has no control over these sites or the content within them. Any concerns regarding external links should be directed to their site administrator or webmaster.

Artaz grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access, use and display the Site and Services and the materials thereon for your personal informational use only, provided that you comply fully with the Site’s Terms. Artaz has the right for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently your membership or use of this Site and the Services, cancel your user registration, remove your Communications and Contributions, if artaz reasonably believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these Terms, or violated the rights of artaz, with or without notice to you. Artaz will not be held liable to you or any third party as a result thereof.
10. Non-Greek residents: Those who choose to access this Site from locations outside of Greece do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with the site’s terms and also for compliance with any local laws that apply in their country.
11. Note to parents: We believe that parents are responsible for supervising the online activities of their children and making sure their children enjoy a controlled, child-friendly internet.
If you are dissatisfied with artaz or its services, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Site.
